- By posting User Content, you grant WorldEats a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the App.
- You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

## 4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.
- Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the App.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the App without permission.

## 5. Intellectual Property
The App's original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are the exclusive property of WorldEats and its licensors.

## 6. Disclaimers
- **Nutritional Data:** Nutritional information provided is for educational purposes and should not be considered medical advice.
- **Cooking Safety:** WorldEats is not responsible for any accidents or injuries occurring while following recipes.
- **Service Availability:** The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

## 7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WorldEats be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
